Ricardo Llewellyn: In March 2011 I went to Kaunas in Lithuania with some mates, for a weekend break. When I arrived home I downloaded the holiday snaps to my computer. There were no photos of sights, no photos of the boys enjoying a drink; just a whole load of (mainly blurry) photos of the food we'd eaten. This got me thinking. It's pretty self indulgent, I suppose, but here are the main meals I have eaten since Kaunas. Maybe I'll try and keep it up for a year. At the end of which, at the very least, I'll be able to prove to my mum that I'm looking after myself. Or that I'm seriously middle class and eat too much cous cous.
